Our Story
AmeriConstruct was founded by Neil Lockhart, who also serves as CEO, with the mission of addressing the critical shortage of qualified professionals in the real estate and construction industries. AmeriConstruct has a strong technology bias in its operation and vision.
In October 2017, Neil, a former in-house recruiter for General Contractors, launched AmeriConstruct in San Francisco, California as a local recruitment agency based in the Financial District. Two years later, in 2019, the company expanded services to Houston, TX.
Today, AmeriConstruct operates as a fully remote organization, powered by a team of dedicated recruitment professionals. This transition reflects the company’s commitment to adaptability and leveraging technology to better serve our clients and candidates in an ever-changing industry landscape.
