During the dot-com boom, Neil recruited and placed technology professionals with leading tech companies. He later transitioned to the sports industry as a certified sports agent recruiting and representing basketball players. Neil then entered the construction industry, where his passion for building teams and projects truly flourished.

Before founding AmeriConstruct in 2017, Neil honed his expertise by recruiting for leading construction firms Ryan & Associates and BCCI. His unique blend of technical recruiting acumen and deep industry knowledge inspired him to create a company that prominently promotes and features technology and its solutions, while addressing the chronic shortage of skilled professionals in construction.

Under Neil's leadership, AmeriConstruct has become synonymous with the dedicated utilization of technology and algorithms, speed, precision, andpersonalized recruitment solutions. His innovative creation Cultivating the Pearl methodology focuses on identifying exceptional talent and aligning them with companies where they can thrive both culturally and professionally.
